Marshawn Hogans owns 100% of Ménage Mortgage Inc. Because of this ownership relationship, a referral to or successful mortgage transaction through Ménage Mortgage Inc. may provide Marshawn Hogans and/or Ménage Mortgage Inc. a financial benefit.

You are not required to use Ménage Mortgage Inc. to buy or sell real estate through Homes By Hogans or Unlock Realty.

You are free to choose any mortgage lender or mortgage broker. We encourage consumers to compare providers, loan programs, costs and terms when deciding which mortgage provider best meets their needs.

Depending on the transaction and compensation structure, Ménage Mortgage Inc. may receive compensation from the lender or the borrower.

In borrower-paid transactions, mortgage broker compensation may range from 0% to 1.50% of the loan amount.

Under the current lender-paid compensation structure, Ménage Mortgage Inc. does not charge the borrower a direct broker/origination fee.

Actual loan terms, costs, eligibility and compensation structure depend on the individual transaction and applicable lender/program requirements.

When a consumer is referred to Ménage Mortgage Inc. for mortgage brokerage or loan origination services, a separate Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement may be provided as required by applicable law.

That disclosure identifies the ownership relationship, applicable estimated charges or ranges, potential financial benefit and the consumer’s freedom to select another mortgage provider.
